Supported living services for adults with a learning disability
Capaan Care Service has an outreach support service whose main aim is supporting adults with learning disabilities that might require support services 7 days a week throughout the year.
- Maintaining life skills, such as food shopping, cooking and household chores.
- Support with applying for benefits and navigating welfare
- Support with managing finances, budgeting, and to maintain a tenancy.
- Support with accessing college, or voluntary or paid work
- Travel training.
- Support to attend appointments
